MOL Credit Application - USA

You can apply for credit with MOL (America) Inc. by filling out this application, printing it, signing it, and submitting it to your MOL sales representative or an MOL customer service office. 

Note: This is a PDF form, which means you can click on the link below to open the form, type information into the form directly on your PC, and then print it out.

• www.winzip.com - WinZIP can be used to extract our spreadsheet-formatted schedules - this program is not required if you are running Windows XP or if you already have a program to extract ZIP archives
• office.microsoft.com/downloads/2000/xlviewer.aspx  - Microsoft Excel Viewer can be used to view our spreadsheet-formatted schedules, and can also be used to view both downloaded Navi-Gator Incoming Shipment Reports and e-mailed Navi-Gator tracking reports - these files are delivered in .CSV formatand you do not need the Excel viewer if you already have any version of Microsoft Excel
• www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html - Adobe Acrobat is required to view .PDF files like our printable schedules
